Last week my DELLĀ® XPS M1330 broke: all of a sudden I could only see a white screen with vertical lines, and soon after only a grey screen, without any boot activity. The problem was that the nVidia 8400M GS video card broke. Ekee is a graphical LaTeX equation editor that allows the typeset equations to be dragged and dropped to OpenOffice.org or saved as high quality images to be used in other word processors and presentation softwares. OpenSUSE 11.2 milestone 8, the last beta version of the 11.2 development cycle, has been released today. I gave a try to the KDE live CD., from which I am writing. The system booted quickly to be a live CD, and loaded the KDE 4.3 desktop without any trouble, showing the very good looking environment showed below. KDE 4.3 is rich of widgets that can be used to make your desktop richer in functionality and more pleasurable to look and see.
